I am currently a Uber Eats driver, Lisa C. I completed deliveries on Dec 10th, from 12-4pm and then later from 9pm to 12am. However, the second set of deliveries are not displaying in the app. I did receive the $10 bonus twice but the orders and tips are not showing up. I seem to be missing around 12 deliveries from that evening. Additionally, the app is freezing, preventing me from taking photos of the deliveries. Your help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I received the completely wrong order from McDonald's today. Instead of getting 2 happy meals, cheese bites, a double cheeseburger, chicken mayo, large fries, and a spicy chicken legend meal with a large drink, I ended up with a double Big Mac, quarter pounder, 2 regular Big Macs, a chicken legend, chicken mayo, 2 large fries, 2 large drinks, and a fruit shoot. When I called the Clyde Centre location, they mentioned that the Uber Eats driver picked up the wrong bags for delivery. I contacted Uber Eats for a refund, but was informed that my complaint was made too late, even though it was less than an hour after I received the wrong order. I sent photographic evidence of the incorrect items and would appreciate it if this could be rectified.

I am feeling very frustrated with UberEats. I placed an order for McDonald's with the order number #DC24E. When the food was delivered, the bags were wet. Upon inspection, I discovered that a cup of Coke had spilled with its lid off, and half of a coffee cup soaked the food. I contacted McDonald's, but they could not assist and advised me to reach out to UberEats. I have been trying for nearly three hours to contact UberEats without success. The provided phone number is always busy, the email is not monitored, and the app is not helpful. I have five children waiting for their dinner, but I am stuck. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The Uber Eats driver arrived at my house to deliver an alcohol order. Unfortunately, the app on her phone was malfunctioning, despite her multiple attempts to fix it. My wife waited outside for 15 minutes, but the driver eventually left without delivering my order. Consequently, Uber canceled my order and charged me $15.00. This situation was not my fault, and I believe I should not be held responsible for the charge. I reached out to Uber Eats via text to request a call with the driver for clarification, but the representative only stated that the charge is non-refundable.

I received two orders from Taco Bell, and unfortunately, both were missing the main items I ordered. I am awaiting refunds, which are expected to process within 3 to 10 business days. However, there is a complication as my Visa debit card used for payment was stolen and is no longer valid. I have canceled it, and a new card is on the way. The refunds cannot be processed to the old card. Can the refunds be converted to vouchers so I can still redeem them for food at Taco Bell?

I made an online order from McDonald's last night on 12/12/[redacted] and it was delivered at 6:22 PM. Unfortunately, only the drinks arrived, so I had to place the order again, resulting in me paying double the delivery charge. My daughter was eagerly awaiting the food delivery as she was hungry, and having to reorder the same items was inconvenient. I am requesting a refund for one of the delivery charges which amounted to £8. It is frustrating that my delivery was incomplete, and it is a hassle to have to reorder and wait for another hour. This has happened before not just to me but also to my husband, and we have had missing items in previous orders. I am disappointed in the lack of proper customer service contact options.

I recently activated a gift card from my sister and am attempting to place my first food delivery order from Ruby Tuesdays. However, I'm encountering an issue with the gift code NAACK6RCYYGWA3B3 provided by Kristy B. to Sharon H. I requested a refund for an order that was completely incorrect. I was informed it would be processed in 2-3 business days, but a week has passed with no update. I submitted a help request and was told to expect the refund in another 2-3 days. Now it's been 3 days since then, and still no refund. I am very frustrated with this situation. My main concern is receiving the refund I am owed, although a food credit or some form of compensation for the inconvenience would be greatly welcomed.

Hello, I am from Canada. On two occasions, I tried to order from a local restaurant using Uber Eats. Everything went smoothly until the final step. When I tried to complete the order, I received an error message stating to "Enter a valid phone number." My phone number is valid, and I am with BellMTS, a major carrier. I even received SMS messages from Uber Eats with confirmation codes. Despite this, I deleted and re-entered my phone number, which again received a confirmation SMS. It appears there is an issue with the app recognizing my phone number as valid. Unfortunately, it seems challenging to resolve as Uber lacks easily accessible customer service when needed. Their "Help" feature is limited and does not address specific issues not covered in their system. Thank you.

I am currently staying at Ronald McDonald House in Ottawa with my two children in the hospital. Recently, I received two vouchers from UberEats. I was hopeful to use the vouchers, but unfortunately, when I tried to order food, the restaurant listed was still shown as open hours after it had closed. Consequently, I ended up paying out of my pocket beyond the voucher amount and didn't receive any food. Furthermore, when I attempted to reach out to your customer service, the recording mentioned that no customer service was available. I understand the intention behind helping parents with sick children around Christmas, but this experience has only added to my frustrations and brought me to tears. I have been trying to reach out to Uber about my situation for over 8 months now. They have been informing me that they will notify me once my account is good to go. Uber mentioned that they would contact me after my background check is approved, but I am still waiting for their response. I have been collaborating with Uber for a considerable amount of time, and I feel disappointed that they have restricted my account without any communication. I am eager to resume work as soon as possible, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance from them whatsoever.

I placed an order with Popeyes over an hour and a half ago. They called to inform me that my initial order was sold out, so I agreed to change it. However, I have yet to receive my revised order, and it's no longer showing on the app. I prefer to have my money refunded to my bank account instead of receiving Uber credit. I want my order canceled. This has not been the first time I've faced problems with your company, and I am extremely dissatisfied with every aspect. I will wait for confirmation once my refund has been processed.

I placed an order yesterday at 10:00 p.m., and I was charged $20.73. Unfortunately, my order never arrived as UberEats indicated it was canceled due to the driver's inability to reach me. Despite having all the delivery details on my account, the driver did not attempt to contact me via text, email, or phone call before canceling. I am now seeking a refund of my money, as the responsibility for this issue lies with the driver who failed to make any effort to deliver or contact me.

On Friday, December 11, [redacted], I made a purchase at Cilantrillo restaurant for $79.01. I requested a $56.00 refund because they delivered the wrong items. I opened a dispute but have yet to receive a response. This is the second time I am facing this issue with my refund. Additionally, the food arrived cold. I am reaching out for assistance as a loyal customer of Uber. If this matter is not resolved, I may have to reconsider my loyalty.

I was deeply offended by your commercial that portrayed a male gymnast in a disrespectful manner. Male gymnastics is an incredibly challenging sport that requires strength and toughness. The way you mocked these athletes was disgraceful and shameful. Your tasteless commercial has deterred me and others I know from using your service. The individuals responsible for such poor decision-making should be terminated.

Last night, on December 13, [redacted], I placed an order but noticed I had entered the wrong address upon signing up. Quickly after submitting, I canceled the order. Unfortunately, it seems my credit card has been charged twice. The restaurant may not have been aware of my fast cancellation. I would like the duplicate charge to be refunded since I promptly canceled the order and did not receive any items.

Hello, I need assistance with order number 0CAB0. I placed an order on 14(12 for pickup, but the app mistakenly processed it as a delivery without an address. Consequently, the restaurant canceled the order due to the absence of a delivery address. When I visited the restaurant, they informed me that they canceled the order for these reasons and that nothing was prepared. The restaurant owner attempted to contact me, but your service did not function properly. I was charged €16 without canceling or receiving the order due to your system error. This morning around 4:15 am, I placed my first order with Uber Eats. I paid extra for the fastest estimated delivery time of 25-35 minutes. It is now 5:30 am, and the estimated time of 5:50 am has passed, even past the latest time of 5:45 am. I am frustrated and hungry, as the order is taking longer than expected. If I had known it would take this long, I would not have placed the order. The shift from 25-35 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes is unacceptable. The driver has not even left yet, and I am extremely disappointed with this service. I will make sure to leave reviews expressing my dissatisfaction.

I am frustrated with my experience. I purchased $[redacted] worth of gift cards for my team's virtual lunch meeting. Out of the 10 cards bought, only 4 were received directly. Another 3 were received only after forwarding the "Fail to deliver" emails, which was unnecessary as the email addresses were correct. This means that three of my associates have not received anything. I have sent emails, but there is no phone support available.
