We ordered from the Lucky Dill in Palm Harbor (Order *****) and the order was cancelled BY UBER and we were NEVER notified. We are very frequent UBER EATS users - at least *-* times a week and this is totally unacceptable! I understand that there may be issues from time to time but to not be notified is RIDICULOUS! Believe me - we will be looking into using Grub Hub and Door Dash and other options for sure - we have been very loyal to UBER EATS. On top of that, the unavailability of a person to talk to for customers on the customer service line is also UNACCEPTABLE! What could possibly be the issue that you can't have someone to talk to or someway to even leave feedback for direct customer support regarding a specific customer issue on your web site???????
GetHuman-mac_elli did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
