I was extremely disappointed with the food I received. It was overly salty and overcooked, making every bite unpleasant. Despite the poor meal, I had a positive experience with the delivery driver who had a great attitude. However, attempting to address the issue with the restaurant was unsuccessful as the address did not match the one on the app, and their phone was disconnected. I am seeking a full refund for this unacceptable experience.

Hello, my name is Caytlin Knight. Today, I received a $12.99 bill from Uber Eats for an order I did not make or receive. The last order I actually placed was on April 3, [redacted], and I was already charged for that. I do not have any order number for the recent charge of $12.99 as I did not authorize it. I can provide screenshots of the charge and my previous order as proof. I would like to have the $12.99 refunded back into my bank account as soon as possible since this unexpected charge has caused me financial inconvenience. Thank you for your assistance.

I came across a deal on UberEats from Jack in the Box for two Ultimate Cheeseburgers, two Jr Cheeseburgers, two Medium Curly Fries, two Medium Wedges, and four Tacos. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I only received one Ultimate Cheeseburger, one Jr Cheeseburger, one Medium Curly Fry, one Medium Wedge, and two Tacos. I feel cheated and paid more than I should have. I've reached out at least twice but haven't received a response yet. This is false advertising, and I'm very upset.

I assist a small Indian restaurant in Maine with their digital marketing. We attempted to set up an account with our phone numbers, but it indicates that we already have an Uber Eats account. When I, not a restaurant owner, tried to create an account using my cell phone, it also stated that I already have an account, which is not the case. I placed an order for delivery of two meals tomorrow between 5:30 - 6:00pm. I paid with my credit card for separate addresses. The payment went through, but now the upcoming orders have disappeared from my app. I fear that I have been scammed out of the meals and the money. I ordered the dinners for two different households to celebrate Good Friday with a fish dinner during isolation for a special Catholic tradition. I hope this issue will be resolved and the dinners will be delivered as planned.

I made my first Uber Eats order today from McDonald's at approximately 3:37. It's now 4:55, and the order is still not here. The driver, as per the tracking information, is Amanuel. While I understand that COVID-19 can cause delays, waiting 70 minutes for a hamburger is excessive. The estimated delivery time provided was missed multiple times, changing eight times on your site, and is still changing. I could have driven to the restaurant in less than 10 minutes. The order consists of a Large Filet-O-Fish meal (with a large Sprite), a customized cheeseburger, medium fries, and 2 apple pies. Please cancel this order and ensure that I am not billed, as I am unable to do so myself through the Help facility provided. It's now 5:05, and the order has still not arrived.

I recently tried to use an Uber Eats eGift Card to order from Copeland's Restaurant. The app acknowledged that my eGift was registered, but when I proceeded to place the order, there were no discounts applied from the eGift Card. I wasn't able to cancel the order through the app and had to contact Copeland's Restaurant directly to prevent the meal preparation. My bank notified me of a pending charge of $41.14 from Uber at 5:29 p.m. I also reached out to the driver, Cristiana, to let her know about the cancellation, but she couldn't assist with the problem. I am requesting a refund of $41.14 for the meals I ordered since the eGift Card discount was not applied.

Restaurant: Tom's Dim Sum Date: April 14, [redacted] Total: $47.45 I encountered an error while placing an order on the Uber Eats app, receiving repeated "try again" messages. Later, I was surprised by a message stating my driver was en route, though I had already ordered from another place assuming the app had not processed. I am left with excess food for one person. I request a refund for the meal yet wish to ensure no negative impact on the restaurant or driver. I am willing to cover the delivery tip. The first delivery was incomplete as I only received one meal instead of three. Upon contacting the restaurant, I found out that two of the bowls were missing ingredients and had raw vegetables. I spoke with the manager, who apologized and suggested contacting Uber for a refund as they couldn't process it on their end. The manager expressed regret for the poor experience and offered to make things right if I emailed [redacted] Despite paying $65 for the three salads, the issue made it impossible to enjoy the meals. On April 11th, I placed an order at Burger King through the Uber Eats app. Unfortunately, I was charged twice for the order totaling $41.80, initially for the full amount and then an additional $4.32. To make matters worse, the kids' meal I ordered for my daughter was missing, and the hamburger I got for my son was incorrect, so he couldn't eat it. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I would be refunded $10.08 for the burger and $5.76 for the missing kids' meal. However, instead of the refund, I received a charge of $4.32. Although I did receive the $10.08 refund and a $5 credit, it is not satisfactory. I am still owed the remaining $5.76 for the kids' meal and the unauthorized $4.32 charge needs to be refunded promptly. Despite reaching out to Customer Support, the issue remains unresolved. I sincerely hope this matter can be addressed promptly; otherwise, I may have to escalate it to the Better Business Bureau for resolution.

I recently placed an order with a restaurant that appeared to be open for delivery. My order was paid for, and two separate drivers were dispatched to collect it. Unfortunately, the first driver arrived, then canceled, and the second driver informed me that the restaurant was closed. I understand that a refund will likely be issued automatically. My main concern is the reliability of the information regarding restaurant hours. Despite attempting to contact customer service through the app and searching online, I have not been able to fully resolve the issue. I hope to prevent this situation from reoccurring for others in the future.

This is my second order with Uber Eats tonight. The first order was nearly $65 at Nick's using a different account, and I haven't received a refund for it yet. Then, I placed a different order at another restaurant with significantly different prices from the app's listed prices. Despite the restaurant still being open, the delivery time keeps changing, and I wasn't informed that Uber Eats stops deliveries at 2 AM. Additionally, the app didn't notify the restaurant of my order when they were closed. After waiting four hours for food, I'm still waiting for a $65 refund and now need to wait for a $38 refund. I had to call the restaurant directly to place my order, causing another hour delay. Given the current situation with the virus, Uber Eats should be more reliable as advertised, but I've been let down twice in less than 10 hours, with nearly $[redacted] in total orders affected due to missing information on the website.

I would appreciate it if you could give me a call regarding my recent experience with your service. The first time I raised a complaint, it was about me, but this time after doing some investigation, I discovered that my mother unknowingly used my profile. In addition, my recent order was completely incorrect. I have already submitted pictures as evidence of the error. I value my hard-earned money, and I am disappointed by the level of service I have received. Due to being a caregiver, I am unable to leave the house, so I had requested to meet at the door. Despite calling the driver and providing instructions, she did not comply. Subsequently, I had to walk to the side of the road to collect my unappetizing food. The "combo" fried rice was missing beef and shrimp, the wonton soup had only a cup of broth, not to mention I asked for it to be spicy, and my bubble tea was lacking tapioca pearls.

Dear Alice, I received a notice about my order #2CFAE, which was for a McChicken Nuggets meal, a McPicks Junior Chicken Meal, and a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, totaling CA$28.98. The notice mentioned a refund of CA$9.95, but I am not satisfied. I am requesting a full refund for my entire order. It is disappointing to hear that an employee might have consumed some of the 10 McChicken Nuggets. I have been following the advice of Canadian Premier, Justin Trudeau, regarding self-isolation due to COVID-19, and I have been ordering food to avoid unnecessary exposure. This incident raises doubts about the safety of the remaining items in my order, considering Ayoub's potential exposure to multiple deliveries. Dear Alice, I recently received a notification about my order #2CFAE, which included 10 McChicken Nuggets, McPicks Junior Chicken Meal, and a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. The notice stated I would receive a refund of CA$9.95 from my original total of CA$28.98. I am not satisfied with this partial refund and would like a full refund for my entire order, not just for the 10 McChicken Nuggets that were missing due to an employee's actions. I find it unacceptable and disturbing that one of your drivers, Ayoub, handled my food in such a disrespectful manner by consuming part of it. As a responsible Canadian following the guidelines for self-isolation during this challenging time, I relied on food delivery services to minimize exposure to potential health risks. I tried to apply a promotional code "DINNER+DEAL50" for a 50% discount that I received via email at [redacted] However, the discount didn't apply to my bill when I made the payment. I attempted to cancel the order through the app but was informed by the shopkeeper that he couldn't cancel it as it was already accepted. I was advised to contact Uber Eats for a refund.
