The issue in GetHuman-gavenbuy's own words
I was ordering food at McDonalds. Where I'm staying is the connection poor. On my ap it was showing he was a few minutes away. So the time when I went to the gate I see the uber driver going away. The security guys told me they cancelled my order but it is showing it is delivered. They also told me the uber driver give the food away. I paid for food that I didn't received. The security guards also told that the uber driver took some of the food. I am not very happy about this.

GetHuman-gavenbuy did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
