Hello. This evening I placed an order with Tap** via Uber Eats (Order *C**E*), and my order arrived half complete. No worries, mistakes happen and this has happened before, so I know the drill, however, this time, instead of settling for a future refund*credit and forgoing the missing items, since I really wanted what was missing, I placed a new order for those items. I just wanted to make sure that Uber Eats at least credits me for the service and delivery fees for at least one of the orders, along with some of the driver tip, because due to this mistake, I am having to pay all these additional fees twice. It would be nice if Uber Eats implemented some kind of quality control policy that requested that drivers, while still at the restaurant, checked to make sure the customer was getting the entire order before the restaurant sealed the bag, because this happens way too often, and I am sure it is costly for Uber Eats to cover all of these mistakes. I am a huge fan of Uber Eats and use it almost daily, and understand mistakes happen, but it is a huge disappointment and inconvenience every time they happen, not to mention costly for both the customer and UE. I do feel like this is an easily fixable issue, so I hope UE does look into making these issues less frequently. Thanks for listening,*Natasha Yin
