My driver cancelled my order (which they shouldn’t be allowed to do) and we were not notified or informed at all. The restaurant upon calling said they asked the driver to wait a few minutes for the rice and when she turned around * minutes later the driver was gone and they got a notification that the order was cancelled. I need compensation in order to ever try Uber eats again. The restaurant said they’re stuck with everything sitting there and they can’t believe drivers can cancel orders either. And then we were left sitting here for over an hour thinking our food was coming!! Door dash and grub hub don’t operate this way and you shouldn’t either!!! That driver should be fired bc he was ridiculous for not waiting less than * minutes! Account is under *****@***.com and the restaurant is pita pita in Orland park Illinois
