I placed an order on last night. I received an email stating that I wasn’t available and my order was canceled and I would not receive a refund. I immediately got on the phone and called the restaurant spoke with the manager Brad Strong. He had a Uber representative to call me asap. I informed the Uber rep. That the driver never called my phone or use my gate code which is also available in my order. I did reorder my food. I’m not trying to get my money back for the second order because I did receive it. But the first order YOUR DRIVER failed to to her job . I would like a call from someone in reference to this situation. I work * days a week. I’m not asking for anything but my money back. Because your driver not only didn’t attempt to bring my food but apparently lied about trying to deliver it. And she didn’t take the food back to the restaurant. Because I was actually willing to even go pick it up from the restaurant. You are a million dollar corporation I am only one widowed single parent. I would like a full refund as I stated earlier. I should not have to go thru this . I keep getting the same emails which tells me you guys haven’t truly investigated the whole situation. . I would like a call. I don’t want to blast your company on social media for stealing. Because that is exactly what has happened!
