Hello,**Order ****C**Rob Haan**** *** **********@***.com**I spoke with a rep named Ralph regarding my food order last night and was unimpressed with the way he handled this situation and wish to escalate the issue. I have many issues with my order. ***. My bag was open - upon seeing missing items, I tried to flag down the driver but she "completed the order" and drove off. We could not contact her further.**. My order was missing a full meal.**. Order arrived late and cold.**. I could not reorder from the restaurant because it was closed for more deliveries.**I request a full refund. Everything about this order was awful. Not a partial refund - not a $* dollar credit. This is the *st major issue I have had with UberEats. It's not like I was able to return my food to * Guy's for a refund, so I was stuck with the mess. **I spend a ton of money with UberEats and I cannot believe the cold customer service.
