When using the app to order the food, the app selected a location where I have never ordered before. This location was not manually entered by myself while completing my order. This was automatically generated by the app and was the incorrectly delivered to the wrong address. **My grandfather is currently at Florida hospital in tampa. The Uber driver was excellent and went out of his way to delivered my food. However, in my attempt to cancel my order with support service was not so great. A representative by the name of Solomon Ref: ******* would not allow me to speak to a supervisor regarding a refund and insisted that information to be relayed would be no different. I found this frustrating due to spending almost $** during a great time of need for my family. **I am writing and asking to please consider a full refund or voucher due to the fact that the address entered was not due to user error but due to the app populating location incorrectly. **I may be contacted at ***-***-**** or at the email address provided
