I created my account about * days ago and added a card as required then placed an order for food from McDonald’s after the delivery lady received my food she then sat In the car park for almost ** minutes to allow my food to go cold the woman went by the name of kayley and was delivering in the Crewe Cheshire area the food arrived stone cold and i found it quite discusting I wouldn’t have eaten it if I hadn’t gone all day without eating this was a truly horrible service and I thought I was done with this app but to my surprise I woke up today I find that someone who was using the name Ling Li had somehow logged into my account and changed the name email address and phone number associated with my account all without my knowledge I had no verification emails or texts to alert me to these changes the person then proceeded to make an order using my account and my card that the app had earlier made me input before I could place an order in turn spending my money and commiting an act of fraud to my surprise when I tried to phone customer support and report the unauthorised access to my account every phone number I could find listed for UberEATS and customer support is a dead line and there’s seemingly no way to contact the service providers this is an utter disgrace and I’m extremely unhappy with the service as a whole there had been no good part to this experience and I would like to be contacted without delay I have taken screenshots of my uber account before deleting it for proof and of the unauthorised charge on my banking app I had no other choice but to delete my Uber account as it would not allow me to remove my card details I have reported the fraudulent transaction to my bank if and this this situation does not get resolved I will have no other choice than to report this incident to the police
