I ordered at McDonalds at **:**PM. Order was delivered on time, and I opened my bag, and I noticed I was missing * items. I ordered * cheeseburger, ** Cookie Tote, and * sausage burritos. I was missing * sausage burritos. I contacted customer service, and I was given a credit ONLY to cover the burritos, and delivery fee. Granted, I was fine with that, it wasn't great, but whatever. **Then I tried to order. And now my account is disabled?? I contacted customer support again, and after another ** minutes, I finally could login again. I asked for some sort of additional credit, but the agent denied my request. **Here I am, over an hour past my order, missing * burritos with * headaches instead. How is this fair? You guys just compensated what I should have had ** minutes ago! What about the loss of time? And the frustration I had to go through? **Honestly, if you guys don't want to make this right, I will gladly stick to Favor, DoorDash, and GrubHub.
