My Husband and I ordered from you yesterday evening from Zio's Italian restaurant in San Antonio Texas and our meal was delivered without cutlery without our bread without any extra cheese and with no napkins. We were pretty upset being that Zios normally gives us a good service. So I proceeded to call their manager and talk to her and she said that the driver walked straight on out with an order that wasn't complete. We paid with my husband's credit card Daniel Tapia. And in good faith I would expect for this order to be replaced or for the card to be refunded. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I would expect this matter to be resolved in them replacing the whole order or refunding the card that we used to purchase the food with.
