Good afternoon Uber, **I am writing this email because I ordered food from Mcdonald's and the time of arrival just keeps getting pushed back and pushed back. I placed the order over an hour ago and I still have not even received a call or an update on my order. I proceeded to call customer service because this is rare to me, so I call and the lady told me that she could not help me because the systems were down. I asked her and told her that I had a meeting I had to be so I would not be able to pick up the order, if it ever came which does not seem like the case. I asked her what to do and all she would do was repeat that the systems were down and ignore everything I had to say or ask. I am completely unsatisfied with this experience, but I am even more upset with the treatment of the support team and how they completely ignored anything I had to say because the system was down. I am now without food and I was still charged for the food that never got here. I want a refund and I want to speak to someone regarding the attitude of the support team and their ignoring of questions.
