We used your service, as we normal do about *-* times a week. We have never had an issue until tonight. As soon we placed the order we saw that the delivery charge is $**. The food cost less than the delivery fee. We immediately hit the cancel order button and was directed to a phone number. We talked to your representative and asked him to cancel the order. He put us on hold for * minutes only to come back and say that the restaurant had already started the order after original stating he would cancel it for. He then said that he would cancel the order but we would still be charged for the food and the delivery fee. This is outrageous. I would like to get a refund on the delivery fee. I hope this is not the service you give to all your customers. I will no longer be using Uber nor Uber Eats.**Sincerely,*Chris Thompson
