UberEATS's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-jtarell a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Hi I have been treated very unfairly regarding the issue i had with the order in question....i had several items missing from my order and also the quality was terrible...after contacting uber eats i was told that because i have had a few issues in the past they will not be resolving this issue which is very unfair as i spend ***'s of pounds using your app and i expect my food to be correct and for the quality to be at the correct standard if it isn't this is the only time i will complain if you check my account you will see that i have made countless orders and i have had no issues as i stated before i only complain if there is an issue with my order...What i have been told is that basically if i have any issues nothing will be done due to the amount of issues i've had in the past regardless of the fact that i make at least *-* orders each week using your app....i feel very unfairly treated and i will not be leaving this issue i should not be made to feel like i have done something wrong
GetHuman-jtarell did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
