I ordered my meal from Eastside Fish Fry in Lansing, MI. After receiving it, I looked through the bag and the order was only partially fulfilled. I called the restaurant and was told that the order was complete but the driver forgot to take the rest. I called then called the driver who claimed she was told the order was finished. I asked if she wanted me to call the restaurant back and she told me that SHE would handle it. Appreciateve of her effort I gave her a good ratinging and tipped her. An hour later my food STILL had not arrived. I texted her asking her if everything was okay to which she replied no, stating by the time “the customer had contacted me I was already home”. She must have thought i was from Ubereats... I would like a refund and to be reimbursed for the tip she did not deserve after LYING about having the situation under control.
