Today I had the worst experience with Uber eats ever. It took *** minutes from the time my food left the restaurant to the time I got it. I contacted the driver after ** of those minutes and he said that he would be there soon. After the rest of my family went back to work the food finally arrived. The driver called me and told me he was sitting in the parking lot and that I needed to come get my food. It was suppose to be delivered to the door because I live in an apartment and I have a toddler. So I have to find some shoes, grab my toddler, and go find my food in the parking lot. The driver then complains to be about my address. Then I get inside to cold food. This was ridiculous and I wouldn’t pay a dime for the service I got. I want to make sure that I have my money back and will not be charged for this disaster. I have been a very loyal customer, but today that may end. I went to try and rate the carrier, but the order shows as “no able to be deliver, canceled” so I don’t know what to do. **Thanks.*Ashley
