Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get UberEATS help.
The issue in GetHuman-dfallis's own words
My name is Daniel Fallis. I placed an order with you guys this morning at **:**am. I contacted your support on * separate occasions. First I was told the driver was at the restaurant. Second I was told the driver was * minutes away and lastly I was told McDonald's did not receive my order on their end. I ended up waiting well over an hour for my food to arrive half warm. Upon receipt I contacted you guys and was told I would receive a **% discount off my order. In my opinion this is unnacceptable. The meal should be free. However, its your choice to win and lose customers. There are plenty of options out there. I'm extremely dissatisfied with both your delivery and your customer service and I am sad to say will no longer use your service unless you make it right. **% is insulting as *.* hours of my time was taken up following up with an order placed with your trusted business.
