I wanted to share my experience using your service, UberEats, as I'm very disappointed. **On Wednesday morning at *:** am, I placed an order, number B**CF for McDonald's for a group of * people. We we're staying at a friend's house and we're starving from eating an early dinner, and did not want to raid our host's refrigerator. It was scheduled to arrive at *:** am, which seemed very reasonable as the estimated time for delivery was **-** minutes. As time went on, this is what we continued to believe and this remained true as we tracked the order.**Around *:**, when I checked the app it said the arrival time was pushed back to I believe *:**. My friends and I were disappointed and a little annoyed, but we're reasonable people and figured something happened or the restaurant was behind, so we were okay with waiting a little while longer. About ** minutes later, the arrival time was pushed again to *:** am and we still voted to wait for the food, but I began looking for some kind of feature on the app that would allow me to message the restaurant directly and see what was going on, but could not find anything.**Then came around *:**, and the order was pushed back again to *:**. My friends and I were now angry, since it had been ** minutes, the estimated order arrival window was surpassed, and we had not received any tangible update on our order aside from pushed back arrival times. We started to discuss whether we should cancel the order, but we didn't know if it was too far along to get a refund.**Before we could make a decision, the decision was made for us at probably around *:** am. I got a notification on my phone saying that the order could not be fulfilled, and that it was canceled. **All in all, we ordered from your service at *:** am, received no actual updates on that order, and that order was surrendered at *:** am. If that order had no way of being fulfilled, why was I able to make it in the first place, and why did it take an hour for it to be realized.**We are college students who have used Uber frequently and trusted its service, so we decided to give UberEats a try. Unfortunately, we will never be using the service again, and now are weary of Uber as a whole. As a businees, you will never compete with other services such as GrubHub.
