My food was taking over an hour and a half to be delivered. Then I was called by an ubereats representative to be told my order was given away to someone else and won’t be delivered at all but not to worry, I won’t be charged. The extremely long time to deliver was bad, but I was not going to complain. However, to just be told sorry but don’t worry, you won’t be charged is extremely annoying and disappointing in an app I use quite often. I will hesitate to use ubereats again in the future.
GetHuman-nigelifi did not yet indicate what UberEATS should do to make this right.
