We have been waiting for almost * hours for our Dennys order to be delivered to us. Our Uber drivers name was Blair, we watched him drive around the motel three times before he left and then we received a notice saying our order had been canceled because he couldn't locate us. We are on the first floor of the Travelodge Inn and I can't believe that he couldn't locate us. Could he not have went to the front lobby and asked where the room was if he couldn't locate it? Do you guys not have something on your app to where he could have called us directly? I'm just confused about how we can wait over an hour and a half for our food, then we watched him drive around the parking lot and then leave and we get this notice. I'm baffled as to how he couldn't find our room. Or at least take the extra effort and go to the lobby and ask where it was. We have used UberEats maybe ** times and have always had good luck, but this definitely put a sour taste in our mouth to use this app again. Denny's is about * minutes away from our motel and we could have been there and back in less than ** minutes but we did not want to drive as we had a long flight and have been driving all day. Im hoping that this complaint is acknowledged and somehow attempted to be righted on your part. Perhaps i could get two complementary meals to replace what was lost on us tonight, or some coupons or vouchers. I hope that this complaint does not go unanswered. Thank you for hearing me out.
