You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-konmikha's own words
On April ** at *.**am I ordered a UBER car. Received the answer that the car - Honda Accord QKNW ** will pick me up at my home - *** ***th Str., Sunny Isle, FL in ** minutes to bring me to **** Sheridan Str., Hollywood, FL. I had been waiting at the entrance of this Building for ** minutes and eventually, received the message that my request is cancelled because the driver should reportedly pick somebody else for vaccination. So, I had to make another request and as a result of this I was late to my Doctor's appointment. So, I believe that it's UBER mistake and you have NOT charge me for cancellation ($*.**) but immediately to return me these money and excuse. Thank you for understanding. Regards, M.Kon
