Uber cancelled my ride at **** hrs on ** Oct ****, without any replacement cab. UBER app Cab tracker shows the vehicle movement and estimated time. My ride was cancelled just one minute prior to Cab arrival.

I was trying to lodge a complaint with UBER Customer care ... My advance booking at **** hrs was cancelled * minute before arrival of cab without replacement
I had booked an UBER ride to meet an business appointment. Uber cab was allotted, UBER app tracker showing the cab is travelling to my pick up point along with estimated time. When the estimated time was * minute that is the time UBER sends a message that it has cancelled my ride. Uber did not provide any replacement cab.
They should support the cancellation of trip with a replacement cab.
I have been using since last two to three years.
I tried to call their customer care number *-***-***-*** as shown in google.
How GetHuman3800885 fixed the problem
