I had booked a Uber Taxi to go to the Mata Amrinanda Hospital, Edappally. While waiting for the cab another Uber came by my side and told me that "your call was redirected to me". *Believing his words I boarded his cab and started the journey, Within * minutes the uber I requested called me and asked me where am I waiting. I asked the driver to stop the car and informed him that the real driver is calling , He offered to speak to the original uber and requested him to allow to continue the trip, I was hearing the conversation ove the speaker phone. Finally the origina uber driver allowed to continue the trip because it was a pool trip. I never knew that the Uber driver will cheat me, I am a frequent traveller to the Amrita Hospital and I paid the normal charges to him. Since there was no dispute I did not note the Car number.**You can see that I returned from the destination by Uber only after about one hour**Hence please refund the cancellatin charge.
