On June **, ****, in Paris I requested an Uber from ** rue du bourg tibourg to gare de lyon train station at *:**pm. Driver finally arrived around *:**, drove friend and me to Gare de Lyon. But instead of the * euro charge as estimated I was charged ** euros, and my receipt showed a wrong destination. Instead of Gare de Lyon it stated I went to ** quai de la tournelle in the *th Arrondissement. (I have no idea where this is.) Then I look at the GPS on my receipt and it clearly shows route from rue du bourg tibourg to GdLyon, FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER TRIP FROM GARE DE LYON, BACKTRACKING, THEN ACROSS THE SEINE, AFTER DRIVER HAS MADE REPEATED (DOZENS) OF BACK AND FORTH MOVEMENTS RIGHT AT GARE DE LYON. Later Uber refunded ** euros, bringing my charge to a still outlandish **.** Euros. I have requested a full refund from Uber, along with an apology, and an explanation. At first I got boilerplate email replies, but now.....zilch. They no longer respond at all and they still keep the overpayment.**I will never use Uber again until this is resolved.
