my mother opened accunt with her actual name but used my phone number ***-***-**** and email *****@***.com**I have acesss to account tried to delete it to start over isn't working and tried to update payment method with my bank card which seems to not being allowing me to use it even though its valid I don't know if the name on account and name on card are cause a conflict but I need this awsered asap
