I am a Uber Driver. I am a driver under the Uber*Rental program in Atlanta*Uber* Hertz*Union City, GA. Under this program, I am paid a bonus in increments. It is as follows, an extra $** for ** trip, an extra $*** for ** trips, an extra $** for ** trips and an extra $*** total for ** trips. During the week of **** thru *********, Uber was having issues with the app and the Quest promotion. not appearing on my dashboard (as I write, it Quest promotion does not appear my dashboard) consequently, I was not paid my incentive for this week. I spoke to my local Uber*Hertz* Union City, GA employees and was told to simply download the app again, and I did and it that did not correct the issue. I contacted Uber*Hertz*Union City, GA more than * times during the week regarding my issue and received no help. During my last call, I was told the UberHertz*Union City, GA. rep would call me back and no one has called me. I called repeatedly on ****, and I was told that she was at lunch the entire day.*I call Uber directly and I was told a Supervisor*Manager would call me back. No one called. Now, I am being told to contact my vehicle lender to resolve the issue. **The issue can be resolved by adjusting my earnings to reflect the bonus incentive, as I made the ** trips required. I should be paid as provided by the*agreement when I rented the vehicle.**Thank you for your attention.**Verlette Green
