Hi. I entered request for car to *** Marietta Street, NE Atlanta Georgia at **:**am today. I quickly saw cars on the app moving saying they were * minutes out. I waited until **:**pm and saw at least * cars giving me arrival times. Nobody ever came. It’s not a out of the way*hidden and hard to find. It’s a huge Salvation Army retail store with * huge signs in front. I had to take an expensive taxi and I got to my *st day of new job ** minutes late. *st, I want to ensure no money was taken from my credit account and confirm my $* credit is still in my account. *nd, why couldn’t a those drivers find me? How can I order ride tommrow and be assured prompt service? And since Uber made me late for my *st day of job, I respectfully request a good credit for future rides. Please take this seriously and react quickly because I’m a disabled senior on tight budget and need to be able to trust your company can provide everything they promise. Thanks.
