I requested a Uber ride at * o’clock for a * o’clock pickup, the first driver accepted the fare then waited ** minutes before canceling the fare. Then I had to wait another ** minutes before someone else accepted my request. I did not get picked up until *:** am, this made me late for a *:** am appointment. According to the Uber app if a rider schedules a ride ** minutes ahead of time and the driver is ** minutes late, the rider is suppose to get a $** credit. I don’t see where I have received any credit. This has happened to me before and I just let it go, but this morning was unacceptable. At this point I’m considering switching to lyft even though I’m *** points from being a platinum memeber.
