Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-ceddy will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I booked an Uber upon my arrival into San Diego. I messaged my driver and told him what I was wearing and that I didn't have coo service. I was able to stay connect via the free wifi and kept messaging him and telling him where I was. I thought I saw him drive by and he message back saying he was up front. That didn't mean anything to me and when I walked to his car I asked him is your name Rashid, he said no. So I closed the door and walk back looking for him again then I walked back again and noticed the car and plate was the same on my app. I asked him is your name Rashid and he said the same. I told him my name and I order the Uber, he then tells me he cancelled it and no longer will drive. I got the message at my hotel on the app saying I was charged $* for cancelled ride. I disputed it and was credited it back but I'm more upset that Uber drivers are intentionally denying riders and then have the audacity to charge them a cancellation fee.

GetHuman-ceddy did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
