Get my payment owed. Get my Uber debit card to work and get my account resolved since it was deactivated by support email center without double confirming my authorization ... Cindy Owens******@***.com*Phone number: (***)***-*******I have not been helped with resolving any of my issues which includes a payment of ***.** that I have yet to receive. I have spent countless hours and time on the phone for no assistance but note taking on there end. Support team sends me the same message and won’t acknow my true issue. For there not to be a phone support through them is unprofessional as sending the same message doesn’t resolve a customers issue. I am frustrated and stressed because I put Uber first then my primary job but I learned that that was a mistake made in my end. I thought Uber was better then that but they have treated me unfairly and now I’m stressing financially because the only aid they gave me was quick to deactivate my account without my full authority. Don’t send me steps on how to delete my account if your going to delete anyway and not even double ask me to confirm the surety that I want to delete it in the first place. Another unprofessional act of customer support. They have yet to resolve any of my present occurring issue but want to quickly delete my account when I asked but send me instructions to do it. The information given to me is blotchy I’ve been passed around given different information from everyone. And now they have deactivated my account which has put me more in a financial bind because that’s money for me to eat and gas to make it to my primary job by doing rides. They have o my put me in more and more bind and I’m at highs end with them. I want to file a complaint speak with a head advisor or something. Now I have to go out my way to get proof of bank statement to get what is originally owed to me referring to the $***.** I still have yet to receive and figure out how I’m going to make it until next week financially since they have cut me off to fund myself through deliveries. This company has done nothing but make me more and more stressed emotionally. I am both truly hurt and disappointment with the customer service I have receive and treatment as a used to be employer with them. I have to go through all this again and use gas money just to get to the bank to show them proof of money owed to me. I’m in tears and I’m struggling at this point and all they have been doing is taking notes. And this support team has the nerve to act on my account on my behalf and delete without double confirming like all the rest do especially over the phone before acting. No words can describe my emotional frustration right now. They have impacted how I can eat and make it to my own primary job. If I can’t make it to work I’m at risk of losing my job. I’m broke no funds to me and now I have to figure out how I’m going to survive until next week. I need to file a complaint and I want this escalated to headquarters and I want to verbally speak to someone or atleast someone in person via email who won’t send me the same email over and over without properly communicating with me on my issues. They keep sending me the same messages without properly helping me like a human being resolve my issues
Just want someone to take the time to resolve my issue and not pass me around like a number
I have been a good delivery driver and have had patience with the issues I’ve experienced delivery with Uber but no help in return
Tried support center and support help over the phone no resolution**Was not fixed***My issues has yet to be resolved by this company so I have no resolutions to offer but make a complaint to be heard.
