I sent my family to SFO Airport (Delta Terminal *) in an Uber last night from my cousins home in Richmond CA. When ordering the UBER, the cost was listed at approximately $**. We compared that to Lyft and decided to order UBER XL (BIG MISTAKE IN RETROSPECT). **The time listed was ** minutes. THe driver took over ** minutes to arrive, and we had to call the driver to give him directions as the APP was showing that he was going the wrong direction to get to my cousins house. **He arrived about *:**, and didnt offer to assist with baggage for the four people traveling with him. They pulled out from my cousins house at approxmiately *:**. I received a text from my son at approximately *:** pm saying they had arrived safely for their flight back to Baltimore MD. **This morning, you sent me a bill for FAR more than I agreed to pay, and you also claimed that the dropoff point was in Richmond!!!! Additionally, you claimed that there were TWO bridge crossings. As a San Francisco company, you know full well that from Richmond to the Airport is only ONE crossing. I have been challenging the extra charges all morning to no avail. **I INSIST that you immediately correct the overcharge or I will refute the charge on my credit card and never use your service again. It is reprehensible that you treat your customers in this manner, especially senior citizens. I insist that a manager contact me immediately.
