On ********** I had requested uber ride from ontario airport to my home ***** Antonio cir Loma Linda. I was told the car will reach me in just about * mins. I moved to Uber collection location. Waited there for more than ** min.i gave the driver my location. On phone. I had come by SW airline. The driver tells me that he has been told to pick me up from Air China terminal and he was looking for me there which is far away from SW air line terminal.*I was traveling with my sick spouse and waiting for ride at midnight in extremely cold weather. It was almost unbearable and humiliating. I wish the driver should have been given correct information. I am given to understand that most of the staff was on vacation on ******** and also your computers were not functioning properly.*There may have been some other issues too for this mess up *.you may like to investigate and take appropriate measures.*In the mean time I would request that I should be compensated for this trip for discomfort and humiliation *thanks *Sincerely *Kuldip*My email address is : kuldip*multani @hotmail.com
