Dear Sir,* Today I have booked a trip from Krishna nagar to Nehru nagar at ** ,The driver name Aushaf has not came and called me to come at *** house number which was not my house number.we have searched and waited but he has not came.*Then after we have booked another ride with uber as we have faced problem for at least half an hour.*Again we have come to my residence by car number up ** in ****.*The driver name som has dropped me at our residence and askes ** rs more as compare to the normal fare.*We have refused to give extra money and given Rs * *** to him.*What happened after that he has parked the vehicle for at least ** minutes in front of our house and used and used language.*During the time of drop he has called to face the bitter consequences.* I am asking you to take up this issue other wise it will be a big trouble to your company because we take legal action against the company .*We have taken all the photographs as well as the necessary steps.*We have faced a bitter experience with uber and going to complaint against the uber as why they are keeping Don type of drivers.
