We took an Uber from my home at **** Fairfield Street in Metairie LA *****, we thought to *** Baronne Street in New Orleans LA. When we were picked up by Donald in a RAV * YCE***, toyota, it became obvious that his information was wrong. We have lived in this community for ** years! His app projected for us to go to *** Baronne St. in Thibodaux LA. I panicked when I saw that the charge would be ***.** and from that point we tried everything to change the destination and could not. Your App needs improvement and a phone * for customer support. We told him the directions to the Church on Baronne Street in N.O. As we approached the church I decided to cancel the ride and pay him in cash (**$) including the tip. As I cancelled I tried to reenlist the ride with Donald. This was a mistake because it connected me with another uber driver, Salvador in the city, which I promptly cancelled (charge $*.**). The charge for Donald was $**.** after he ended the ride. In my frustration, I accidentally left my phone in Donald's car. I used my wife's phone to call my phone and Donald was nice enough to answer and tell me that he was bringing my phone back around the block. When he showed up, I was so grateful that I gave him an additional **$ as a thank you. He was a very nice man! In total I spent $**.** for a ride that should have only cost me **.**. Something is askew with your app. In my phone the address of *** Baronne street is correct.
