I am an aged lady residing at K.K,nagar, *two weeks before I booked an uber auto from my phone ********** which normally I do to go to a bank at R K.Shanmugham salai kk.nagar. By mistake I pressed uber cab instead of an auto, Immmradiatly I contacted the driver and said I do not need a cab only an auto, Driver said I can cancel and book an auto and no cancellation fee will be charged. But whenever i book anauto I am asked to pay Rs ** extra to the driver. Why I shoud pay extra as the cab did not report to me and quickly reacted to cancel and book anauto? pl help me . I am planning to book an uber service on sunday *th DEC.for a longer trip.* Thanking you* Brinda k.
