Hi. I am a loyal uber user and ride several times daily. Lately, your service has had quite a few reductions in quality that are of concern. First, this morning, i ordered an uber, and at first was told the car was * mts away. That slowly became * mts and then ** mts, after I had waited already ** mts. When I looked on the map, I could see the car was headed in the opposite direction from where I was and had crossed from the west side to the east side. I had no choice but to cancel, as I was now going to be late to work. When I tried to reorder a ride, the app gave me a price significantly higher than the first ride, which was already expensive. I was forced to use a competitor.**On a separate note, while I am happy to walk the * or so blocks that pool requires, lately the walking has increased significantly, often without reason, as after I meet the car, we drive past the area I was originally in. On some shorter trips, I walk more than the number of blocks that I ride, which seems ridiculous. On other trips, walking is at least * blocks, again often for no reason.**I recognize that the pool service is not meant to be a door to door drop off, but lately the service has been requiring more walking than is reasonable for a car service. Additionally, the wait times and arrival times are usually highly inaccurate. I hope that uber is able to rectify some of these issues. Thank you.
