Good evening,**On Friday November **th, ****, I had scheduled a ride with Uber around *:**pm, the app notified me that the driver was * minutes away. The driver called me at ****pm rudely telling me that I had to be at the intersection where he was waiting, I let him know that I was walking towards it.*I had to cross the street twice because of where he was waiting, after I crossed the first crosswalk, I made an outgoing call to the driver, but he did not pick up as I assume he knew it was me because he had JUST called me. He then drove off and did a U-turn and drove right past me. *I would like to be refunded of the $*.** cancellation fee that I was charged on November **, ****.*I have never caused any driver trouble and I've been a loyal customer, I've always been kind and respectful to those who are helping get from point A to B. It was quite an inconvenience to have had this happen especially because I was sick and needed to wait for another uber to be charged some more money.*I hope something could be done to aid this problem.
