Ordered car pool on Saturday November **, ****. Ordered at Pearl Street Charlestown MA. Destination was Boston Logan Airport.*Was told to walk to Bunker Hill and Sullivan street in * min. Went to location Driver never came.*Cancelled and order a second Uber.*I am being charged $*.** trip YYFTF.*Please issue a credit for this ride. Your driver never came to the location that I was instructed to wait.**My second ride was fine. Trip KN*GX I was charged $**.**. This was not a car pool.

I e mailed Uber from their Uber Help web site. Must say they responded immediately and gave me a refund.
