Yesterday at around **:**am,i requested for a cab at fire station.The driver was a lady when she came i was told to cross over to where she was.Reaching their i found her with a man all of them dressed decently,i asked them where is the car,i was told the car doesn't come to town,the lady asked me i you collins ,i said yes.Immediately i left the lady continued calling me,i picked the call and she told me to near estimate supermarket,i told her am cancelling the trip which i did.*I took a mat to westland,from their again i decided to request another ,the person near me immediately engaged me and it showed that it was * minutes away,i waited for ** minutes ,when i was trying to cancel it was showing that i will have to pay another penalty.It is when the guy decided to call me saying he is coming ,i waited again until i told him am not cancelling the trip.After talking to him * other people called me asking where i was ,which did not occur well with me.*I would to know why this it to happen.**.Why was that lady coming to pick me without a car i had requested?**.why ii for me to pay the fine yet it was your fault?**.How is it possibly after me requesting another cab it took almost an hour when i was trying to cancel am told i have to pay another fine.**.How are you making sure that other customers are safe.*N*B.the same has been shared with your security team.*Let me know what actions you are going to take or i take up the matter myself
