I attempted to get an uber at *:** am. After * attempts, both drivers cancelled, as I'm starting to run late for work, I texted the third u were driver (** mins away) to cancel my ride. No easy way to just cancel after request. Yet I'm still being charged five dollars for the inconvenience of not having a driver available? I'm about to just stop using this app as it is proving more and more unreliable. I just want my money returned, and maybe in the future, have an easy cancel button ready for users.
