This is Jill Holman in West Allis. Last Friday, I was going to take a ride with Chadd from **** West National Ave. I said to call when he was near me. He did. I told him that National was closed but there was an alley right past National Ave that went behind everything on National. I said I was sitting there. He responded that his GPS said to go to Mitchell. I said I didn't know where that was. He said I have to stay where my GPS tells me. I said zI am disabled and can't walk around to find you anymore. He was obnoxious **Your telling all your drivers to go to the wrong place. That's not my fault. No one needs to be obnoxious.**Finding a place to make a complaint has taken over an hour!**My first driver was very nice. I would like my last trip refunded. I would appreciate a free ride or two for it taking so long to find a place to make a complaint.**Jill Holman
