I was in Atlanta Ga called Uber from Cobb galleria to Domestic terminal (airport) I got express pool ride, which was $ **.** He came to pick me up, we were three passengers, one has to go Walmart he dropped her then second one has to go to International terminal so he dropped him off nicely. Then I was alone being women from Auburn Al. I have * pm shuttle from airport to auburn then he say you should not book express pool ride. Hr left *.** from international terminal and domestic was not very far away and he drove aroundfor ** minutes he keeps taking wrong exits coming to same place and he was very rude I was crying and scared by sitting there keep wasting time to bill me more which is not my fault. He told me he can drop me in the middle of the high way I was really scared. He is the driver he should know the way not me and I am women he took advantage of me and finally he drop me after one hour wastage of time and I missed the shuttle I was late reached * hours. He charged me $**.** for no reason. This is excessively over charge by the driver and I was harassed by him. Please take action and give me full refund and he took advantage of old women he knows I did not know much about highways. Please response me quickly and solve the issue! Thanks.
