I have texted more than * times..about * and a half weeks ago...I had a driver LEAVE ME AT A STORE...WITH MY BELONGINGS IN HER VEHICLE! I asked the driver Natalie what was the protocol for a quick stop at a store..She replied on as long as its under **,minutes your fine...if you take longer than ** minutes you get charged or the driver leaves you...I went into a store..** seconds I was in pay eyed for my items and walked outside Natalie the driver was gone..got paid and took off...With my items in her vehicle..I have not heard from anyone..It was unprofessional and disrespectful...I USEVUBER ALL THE TIME...NEVER AGAIN...I just wanted my items back and a refund..when I made the *st complaint it said something about returned items is a $** dollar charge..I refuse to pay..I just want my items and a refund...This was a horrible experience...I can be reached via email..
