This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

This is not right! When I booked the trip, I was quoted $*.** for an UBERPOOL. I have never paid anything over that for a trip from Newark Penn station to **Farley. If I was initially quoted that price ($**.**), I would never have proceeded with the trip. IT is also VERY suspicious that a transaction would be charged separately for the one ride. That alone doesn't make sense and has never been assessed on any previous Uber trips I've ever taken. In addition, you are not providing me with an adequate explanation that makes sense as to why the trip was charged in this way.****Uber overcharged me after the fact, and I am going to dispute this with my bank and with a higher level of Uber's corporate department and the BBB if necessary.****Please refund my money ($*.**) or I will definitely discontinue doing business with Uber. This is robbery and it's is wrong!!!**I would like to speak to a live person. I can be reached at ***-***-****.**This issue occurred on ******** and I am getting email response about the matter being closed. Unacceptable!
