I have taken Ubers on a daily basis from the Girasolsur Condominiums to Emotions Casino, never paying more than *** pesos, always less. Tonight from Emotions Casino, * drivers cancelled and I was charged for one cancellation which was later credited on my charge after I immediately disputed it. The Uber driver who picked us up at Emotions Casino wanted us to pay him over *** pesos and didn't believe that I have a credit card with Uber. I would never confirm that trip for that amount and sincerely hope that you do not charge me that totally outrageous price even a taxi cab wouldn't charge. I confirmed that trip for *** pesos, and was totally shocked when I saw the price on my smart phone that Uber was charging. The driver wanted me to pay that ridiculous price and didn't believe me that I had an account with Uber. Again, I sincerely hope that you do not charge my account for *** plus pesos as I will have to dispute this amount with my credit card. I love Uber and have always had excellent results.
