My name is Alan Stern, I have an account with you through an app on my phone. On September **th, when I logged on to order a trip, I was told I had a back charge pending for $**.**. I paid it and ordered the car, as it was late in the day, and I figured I can communicate with you now. Every time I order a car, the payment is deducted from my accounts, almost instantaneously.
