This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

Sept. **, **** - the driver cancelled my trip - I do not believe I should have been charged the cancellation fee of $*.**.*The DRIVER cancelled. That was not about me. They were "* min. out" for close to * minutes. When I asked*texted what that meant, they just up and cancelled. And, your company wants me to pay them for cancelling ... I do not think that is right. Please refund my $*.***I "disputed the charge", but still have not received a refund.

Uber credited my account with "Uber Credits" ... not the refund I was looking for, but it will have to suffice. My next question is, how long does that credit stand in my account as I rarely travel needing this service?
