Help with my Uber issue
The issue in GetHuman-leanmck's own words
Preschedule a trip, but had not confirmed it and had * drivers, one after the other responding. I could not stop the process and one charged a cancellation fee. It was credited, but let's fix the problem up front. Make it EASY and obvious for one to cancel a mistake. Your UX is not as intuitive and user friendly as it should be. ... I did not finalize a trip I was trying to preschedule. However the app sent * (THREE) different drivers. Each one I messaged or called to cancel as fast as I could, but the last one charged a fee. The app did not make it easy to cancel and kept sending drivers. At the same time, it sent messages saying "No Drivers Available..." I was credited back the $*.** but your app needs friendlier*easier ux in general, and in particular to cancel changes or mistakes.
It's all above.
Better UX. Consider programming to the lowest common denominator, rather the the most tech savvy user, then it's EASY for all.
At least * years or so.
