Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. I am losing a lot of money today. I've been having the same problem all day I called the number phone number I did everything I said I signed out of my app sign back in uninstalled my app and reinstall. My problem is I get to the place where I have to go pick up the order check the person's name that I have the order it tells me I'm in the wrong place I'm in the right place I even show the manager of the restaurant the order number and they tell me I'm in the right place I keep hitting navigate and it tells me I'm in the wrong place I've had to cancel five orders today already and nobody could tell me what to do. At one point I tried to cancel an order and it told me wasn't connected to the uri or something like that. Please tell Me what to do because nothing seems to be working. I have to cancel the order because I don't want the customer waiting and another driver gets to make the money I could have been making. Please help me I'm sitting here crying because it's so frustrating and if you bought the *-*** numbersaid they can't do anything. Also last night it was so many places ** miles away tell me ** minutes to get to take us ** minutes to get there if you order is right around the corner from the place I need $* and some cents I use more gas to get there so I lost money. I thought it was to make money not lose
